You approve the graphics when you’re happy with every detail. Only after your approval does the design go to print.

When will I receive the first draft?

We aim to send you the first draft within a maximum of one week of order confirmation. During particularly busy periods or in exceptional circumstances a few extra days may be needed.

How does customisation work?

After you place your order and fill in the required fields, we’ll get back to you on WhatsApp or by email with the first draft. You can discuss every detail with us and request changes: revisions are unlimited on full custom projects.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on orders over €200. For smaller orders the shipping cost is shown at checkout.

Can I request a refund before printing?

You can request a full refund before your order is printed by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once the design is approved and printing has begun a refund can no longer be requested.
